Join us for Brewing Resilience, an experience that heals through conversation, tea, and connection.

As part of our mission to provide people with the knowledge and tools to transform their lives, we’re giving away free therapy sessions, yoga classes, wellness journals, and stress-relief herbal tea.

EACH guest will receive our "Resilience Package" which consists of a wellness journal, stress relief herbal tea, and resource information.
These free resources are intended to help you transform your life--mentally and physically.
